Description:
Traditional release liner has mainly adopted PE-coated film and glassine. However, since the roughness on the paper's surface is rather high, it can easily cause roughness on the adhesive surface. Furthermore, PE-coated film cannot be recycled and has to be disposed of as waste. On the contrary, the roughness of PEPA surface coating is lower than 1µ, which will keep the adhesive face smooth and bright, thus making it appropriate for use in backing paper of high-level stickers.
👉 We recommend this product for pressure sensitive label factories and label designers.
Procedure:
Roll PS grade→ processing of release agents of UV or solvent type(low-temperature system)→ finished product
