Q: How we start the business to Order?

Q: I don't really know about the products exactly, how can I get more information in detailed?
A: Contact us, leave us messages, emails, or have a call. To talk about what you 're looking for? Why you find us? What you gonna use for? We have a professional and friendly team to help you!


Q: Can we get a sample? How long is the delivery time of the sample?
A: FEEL FREE to tell us which items you are interested in, and contact us to get the samples.
     Samples are FREE, just only to pay the express shipping fee. You'll get the samples in one week.

Q: How to get the quotation?
A: We HAVE TO know the following information in detail from you, and the business can be started faster without asking you so many questions.

     1. Product information: Quantity, Specification (Size, Material, Technological if need and Packing requirements, etc)
     2. Delivery time required.
     3. Shipping information-Company name, Address, Phone Number, Destination Sea Port.

Q: Can we customize the products as clients' requirements?
A: Sure, We can customize the products for you if you provide the specification details, just give us the detailed information.
     We hope our clients can get their special one which they're really satisfied, have a nice business experience every time.

Q: What’s the minimum order quantity of goods? Can we negotiate it?
A: Genuine leather, regular 15000 square foot per design/color based on different products.

     Synthetic leather, regular 500 meters/yards per design/color based on different products.
     Textile, regular 2000 meters/yards per design/color based on different products. 
     Contact us to know the quantity exactly. Friendly note, more quantity might get the better price.

Q: What is the shortest time we can make a delivery?
A: 20-30 days except for special festival holiday like spring holiday etc.

Shipments can be arranged by sea, air, or express. Let us know your requirement, we'll try to save your budget and time.
